• How long does it take to get an estimate?

  Typically 24–72 hours, depending on your selected plan (Standard / Expedited / Priority).

• Is this a professional-quality estimate?

  Yes. The report follows industry standards used by collision repair professionals and is formatted for professional use.

• What if hidden damage is found later?

  You can order a Supplement for $149, and we’ll update the estimate with the additional labor and parts.

• Is my data secure?

  Yes. All uploads are encrypted, access is restricted, and files are deleted after processing.

• Are you a public adjuster?

  No. We are an independent vehicle damage appraisal service. We do not negotiate with insurance companies, represent clients in claims, or handle settlement communications. We provide professional damage documentation for your independent use.

• Will the insurance company accept this estimate?

  We make no guarantees about insurance acceptance. Our reports follow industry standards and use professional estimating software, but how insurance companies respond depends on factors outside our control.

• Can I use this estimate in court?

  Our reports are professional documentation. For litigation-specific needs, please consult with a qualified attorney.

• Why don’t you serve all 50 states?

  Due to state-specific licensing requirements, we cannot currently provide services in MA, CT, RI ,NV, NY, PA, DE, NC, SC, VT. We may expand coverage in the future.
