Photo & Document Guidelines:
  • Clean the area if safe to do so; remove dirt and snow.
  • Shoot in daylight or a well-lit garage. Avoid strong backlight.
  • Hold the phone still; tap to focus on the damaged area.
  • Take overview shots of each side (front, rear, left, right) — 4 photos.
  • Take 45° corner shots (front-left, front-right, rear-left, rear-right) — 4 photos.
  • Take close-ups of each damaged part (bumper, fender, door, hood, tailgate, lights, glass, wheels). 2–3 photos per part.
  • Include VIN plate (driver door jamb) and dashboard VIN through the windshield.
  • If airbags deployed or frame damage suspected, add interior shots and underbody if visible.
  • For paint scuffs, add a close shot with a coin or ruler for scale.
  • If you already have an estimate from your insurance company or from a body shop/other place, please upload it here as a PDF (or photo). This helps us deliver the most accurate report.
  • Optional: short 10–20s video walk-around if motion helps show the damage.
