• After 90 days, photographs are permanently deleted from active systems
• Backup copies are deleted within an additional 30 days
• Estimate reports and order records are retained for seven (7) years for legal and tax compliance

We do NOT share uploaded files with any third party except:
• As required by law, court order, or government request
• To comply with legal obligations or protect our legal rights
